Terms of Service

Last updated October 5, 2026

These terms govern access to Dativue, a beta service operated by Tetriz s.r.o., Slovakia.

1. Service

Dativue lets supported AI clients research public social data, search demand and results, competitors, AI visibility, reviews, mentions, backlinks, businesses, apps, products, website technology, and technical website health through MCP. Features, sources, providers, limits, and client compatibility may change during beta. Expanded production research remains subject to legal approval, provider verification, margin verification, and feature controls.

2. Accounts and authorization

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login method, and be legally able to enter this agreement. MCP authorization grants only the displayed read scope. You are responsible for activity performed through clients you connect and may revoke them from your account.

3. Acceptable use

Use Dativue only for lawful research of public data. Do not use it to access private accounts, collect credentials or cookies, stalk or harass people, discriminate, build unlawful profiles, identify vulnerable individuals, evade platform controls, infringe rights, distribute malware, overload the service, resell raw access, or violate applicable law or source-platform terms.

4. Credits and billing

Social operations use the displayed fixed credit prices. Search operations temporarily reserve a displayed maximum, then charge credits based on the provider-reported cost when usable data is returned; unused credits are released. Search cache hits and status polling are free. Failed, empty, blocked, or unsupported operations are refunded under current product rules. Free credits are promotional and may expire or change before general availability. Paid plans, if enabled, renew through Stripe at the displayed price and allowance. Credits do not roll over, have no cash value, and cannot create overage charges. You can cancel through the billing portal.

5. Data and outputs

You retain rights in prompts and material you lawfully provide. Public social posts, search results, reviews, business details, app and product listings, website content, screenshots, backlinks, and other source material remain subject to their authors', search engines', websites', and platforms' rights and terms. Dativue grants no ownership in source content. Keyword metrics, traffic estimates, difficulty, authority, sentiment, and AI demand are provider measurements or estimates. Google Trends values are relative interest rather than absolute volume. Rankings, reviews, prices, business details, backlinks, technology detection, crawls, screenshots, and AI-generated responses may change or be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, removed, or inaccurate. Verify important claims against linked sources before relying on them.

6. Third-party services

Dativue depends on Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, Google, DataForSEO, Apify actors, AI clients, search engines, and social platforms. Their outages, policy changes, access restrictions, and terms may affect the service. Your use of those services remains governed by their agreements.

7. Beta availability and warranties

The beta is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent access to any network, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may limit, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, providers, or the service.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tetriz s.r.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for paid service claims is limited to the amount you paid Dativue in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

9. Ending use

You may stop using Dativue and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, risk, nonpayment, unlawful use, or discontinuation. Provisions that by nature should survive will remain effective.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by Slovak law, without limiting mandatory protections available to consumers in their home jurisdiction. Courts in Slovakia have jurisdiction where legally permitted. Questions can be sent to team@dativue.com.
